License — Time Frame

1. Ownership

Time Frame, including its original source code, object code, user interface, design, documentation, screenshots, name and logo (together, the “Software”), is proprietary software owned by Abir Barman (the “Owner”). The Software is not open source.

2. No license is granted except in writing

Except as expressly authorized in advance and in writing by the Owner, no right or license is granted to any person to:

copy, reproduce or redistribute the Software, in whole or in part, in source or binary form;
modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the Software, or distribute any such modified version;
sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit the Software or any part of it;
publish the Software, or make it available to others, through any repository, website, store or other channel; or
use the name “Time Frame” or its logo to identify any other product.

No rights are granted by implication, estoppel or otherwise beyond those expressly stated in a written authorization from the Owner. Access to the source code, whether intended or not, does not grant any right to use it.

3. End users

People who obtain Time Frame through an authorized channel, such as Apple’s App Store, may use it under the terms of that channel (for the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement) together with the Time Frame Terms of Use. Those terms grant use of the app; they do not grant any right in the source code.

4. Third-party components

The Software uses Apple system frameworks under Apple’s own developer agreements, and may include or rely on other third-party materials. Those components are not owned by the Owner, are not covered by this license, and remain subject to their own licenses and notices. Nothing in this license claims ownership of them.

The Time Frame apps contain no third-party code packages. This website is built with Next.js and React, which are distributed under the MIT License by their respective copyright holders; their code is used under that license and is not claimed by the Owner.

Apple, iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, iCloud, Siri and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Time Frame is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.

5. Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Owner be liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from, out of or in connection with the Software or its use.
